These Service Terms constitute a rigorous, legally binding architecture governing your interaction with our digital platform, our intellectual property, and our physical canine IQ puzzles. By accessing our website, evaluating our products, or initiating any form of retail or commercial transaction, you irrevocably consent to abide by these extensive stipulations. If you do not agree with any clause within this document, you must immediately cease utilizing our platform.

2. Intellectual Property and Brand Sovereignty The Dr. Catch brand is a recognized symbol of veterinary-inspired pet enrichment. All content showcased on this platform is the exclusive, legally protected property of Dr. Catch. This includes, but is not limited to, the architectural blueprints of our sliding puzzle compartments, high-definition product imagery, detailed textual descriptions of our slow-feeding mechanisms, customized graphics, logos, and digital branding elements. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, scraping, or leveraging our digital or physical assets for unauthorized commercial gain.

3. Commercial B2B Engagement and Authorization Rules For our esteemed global network of B2B distributors and veterinary clinics, engagement is regulated by strict commercial criteria designed to protect the premium positioning of the Dr. Catch brand. Securing and maintaining an active wholesale account mandates unwavering adherence to our $599 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). We proudly grant approved dealers the official brand authorization required to retail our equipment on independent websites and major third-party platforms like Amazon. However, Dr. Catch reserves the unilateral right to instantly suspend this authorization if a partner is found undercutting Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies.

4. Equipment Specifications and Manufacturing Modifications At Dr. Catch, our engineering and pet-behavior teams are in a constant state of evolution. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or alter the specifications, colors (such as our Aqua Blue or Rose Pink editions), materials, and pricing of our puzzles without prior public notification. While we strive to ensure that all digital descriptions and imagery accurately reflect our current inventory, minor aesthetic variations may occur as we continuously refine our non-toxic manufacturing processes.

5. Safe Operation and Limitation of Liability Dr. Catch interactive puzzles are meticulously designed for supervised canine enrichment and foraging, not as indestructible chew toys. It is the absolute responsibility of the pet owner to supervise their animals during playtime, especially with large breeds or aggressive chewers, to prevent damage to the toy or accidental ingestion of sliding parts. Dr. Catch, its directors, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including veterinary expenses, resulting from the improper use, lack of supervision, or unauthorized modification of our pet toys.
