To demonstrate our commitment to absolute quality, we offer a comprehensive Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty to the original, registered purchaser, ensuring your pet’s enrichment tools remain functional and safe.
2. The One-Year Structural Coverage Our premium puzzle toys and slow feeders are protected by a robust one (1) year warranty against severe structural and manufacturing failures. This specifically covers faulty sliding mechanisms, defective molds, and factory-level material degradation that occurs under normal, supervised foraging use. If the core structure of your puzzle fails due to a manufacturing flaw within one year of the purchase date, Dr. Catch will supply a full replacement unit to restore your pet’s enrichment routine.
3. Strict Warranty Exclusions and Chew Damage This warranty is strictly engineered to cover legitimate factory defects, not neglect, abuse, or improper usage. It is imperative to understand that Dr. Catch puzzles are interactive cognitive games, not indestructible chew toys. This warranty categorically does not cover damage caused by aggressive chewing, biting, clawing, or brute-force destruction by your pet. Furthermore, it does not cover cosmetic wear and tear, superficial scratches, or damage resulting from washing the toy with boiling water or harsh industrial chemicals.
4. Proper Usage and Void Scenarios To maintain the validity of this warranty, the product must be used strictly as intended: as a supervised treat-dispensing puzzle. Leaving the toy alone with an anxious, destructive dog, or utilizing a standard retail puzzle in a heavy commercial kennel setting—without officially purchasing from our designated B2B commercial tier—will instantly void the retail warranty. Altering the sliding mechanisms or modifying the base will also result in immediate voiding of all coverage.
5. Claim Initiation Protocol To activate and execute a warranty claim, the original purchaser must submit a formal report to our pet parent support desk. This report must include high-definition photographic or video evidence of the structural failure (clearly demonstrating it is a factory defect and not chew damage), a detailed description of the issue, and the original proof of purchase (receipt or order number) from the Dr. Catch Official Store or a verified authorized veterinary clinic.
